RECIPE: Paleo breakfast crumble

OMG this is delish! Promise!

3 apples, your choice, chopped

2 cups fresh mixed berries

2tsp cinnamon

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup chopped nuts, your choice

3tbsp coconut oil or butter

2tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup yogurt to serve, optional
Preheat oven to 350. Place apples and berries into the bottom of a non-metallic baking dish and mix together with half of the cinnamon. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond meal, coconut, nuts, and remainder of cinnamon. Using a fork or your hands, mix the maple syrup and oil of choice into the almond meal mixture until crumbly. 

Evenly spread the mixture over the fruit and cover the baking dish with foil. Bake 20 minutes and then remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve with yogurt if desired!
