RECIPE: Simple Sesame Noodles

For a DELICIOUS QUICK and EASY dinner that fills and is chock full of healthiness – this is for you! Unless you don’t like Asian, and if you don’t then I’m sorry. Because Asian is yummy!! 

This recipe is full of healthy veggies and garlic, and to make it gluten free just swap out the soy sauce for Tamari or liquid aminos and use gluten free noodles like I did. Gluten free is all about finding alternatives to what you like to eat. 

Recipe time!

Sesame Noodles:

1⁄4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

4 garlic cloves, Minced

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 tablespoons pure sesame oil

1⁄2 teaspoon hot chili oil (or to taste) or Siracha 

4 tablespoons canola oil

2 tablespoons hot water

4 whole green onions, Sliced Thin

12 ounces Asian noodles or 12 ounces other thin noodles

3 cups chopped veggies, in this case I used red bell pepper from my plant, carrots, onion, and kohlrabi- all organic. 

Protein if desired. 
Mix the first 8 ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Boil the noodles. Dice the veggies and sauté in some sesame oil till crisp tender. Sauté some chicken or other protein if desired. 

Mix the veggies and sauce in with the noodles and voila! I sprinkled the bowls with chopped green onion and pepper flakes. It’s SO GOOD!
